Let us start out by saying, our story is not unique. Our views of the World are shared by billions of other Humans all over Planet Earth. What is unique is our place in time. We have the opportunity to travel the World, experience new environments and wildlife, see different cultures and languages, and broadcast all of these encounters to the rest of humanity, save a few! We have decided to document our ramblings to inspire people to ask questions and search out their true passions.
We are Hayden and Carrie, the authors of this Blog. In April of 2017 we decided to downsize our lives and move into a van. We purchased a 2016 Ford Transit 250 and spent the next three months converting it into an ‘adventuremobile’ named Zelda. With the help of our friends and family it has been a huge success. In July we hit the road full time, and have been traveling around the Western United States searching out culturally rich towns, controversial landscapes, and historical landmarks just to name a few. And this is just the beginning! As we adjust to life on the road we will be slowly broadening our horizons to find more opportunities.
The ramblings that will be found within this Blog will be the encompassing literary soul of our existence. What we care about most in this life we choose to live will be laid bare to you, the reader, for interpretation. Our motivation is simple, we can all choose the life that we live, all you need to do is ramble on!
